Our bows are handmade and may have natural variations in shape, fullness, placement, and finishing. These characteristics are part of the nature of handmade décor and are not necessarily defects.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Additional charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.

Please inspect packages promptly upon delivery. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the packaging and product so that we can assist you.
